Draft v0.1 — sample text, still being finalized
Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
Zame respects the people who use it and protects personal data under the law that applies. This policy says what we collect, why, and how it is protected. It is a draft and will be finished before a wider launch.
1. What we collect. When you register, Zame collects your name, email, and phone number, plus what the Service needs to run: how many Zalo accounts are connected, campaign history, and plan usage. Zame does not store a Zalo password in plain text.
2. Why we use it. We use that data to run and improve the Service, support you, and send account notices. Marketing mail goes out only with your consent. Zame does not sell personal data.
3. Storage and security. Data sits on infrastructure with encryption and access control. Traffic between the desktop app, the cloud, and the browser uses TLS. Each Zalo account is meant to use its own proxy, which reduces the chance that accounts get tied together by accident.
4. Who else sees it. Zame shares data with infrastructure partners (hosting, payments, proxy) only as far as the Service needs, and expects them to protect it to a similar standard. We may disclose data when a competent authority lawfully requires it.
5. Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to the support address below.
