Terms of use

These terms cover the Zame desktop app, the cloud, and this website (together, the Service). Creating an account, starting free, or buying a plan means you have read them and agree. This is a draft and may change before a wider launch.

1. What Zame does. Zame provides tools for running Zalo accounts you control, for lawful business use: bulk messages, friend requests, discovery of data you can already see, AI replies, and related features. You are responsible for following Zalo's rules and the law. Do not use the Service for spam, fraud, or to intrude on someone else's privacy.

2. Accounts and security. You keep your Zame login safe. Zame does not store your Zalo password in plain text and encrypts data in transit and at rest with reasonable care. Follow the safety limits in the app. They exist to reduce the chance that Zalo limits the account.

3. Payment and refunds. Paid plans are billed for 3 months, 6 months, a year, or once, as shown on the pricing page. Unless we say otherwise, a fee is not refunded after the account is activated, except where the failure is on Zame's side.

4. Limits of responsibility. Zame works to keep the Service steady. It cannot promise that Zalo will never limit or lock an account you connect. That decision sits with Zalo. Stay inside the pace limits the app shows you.

5. Changes. Zame may update these terms. Material changes are sent by email or shown in the app. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the update.
